Big ideas grow here.
Meet Kate, Tommy, and a robot named Gears. Their story starts here.
Hi, I’m Kate.
Welcome to the treehouse!
Do you ever wonder how something works? Or why something happens the way it does? Me too. I’m always finding something I want to figure out.
What should we discover today?
Building a Friendship!
I thought I was building a robot.
When I moved to a new neighborhood, I didn’t know anyone. Then I found the treehouse and had a super colossal idea: I could build a robot!
That’s when Tommy showed up.
We started building Gears together. And somewhere along the way, I figured out something I wasn’t expecting.
I didn’t just build a friend.
I made one, too.
Hmm… I wonder why that happens?
I ask that question a lot. Sometimes, when you stop and really look at what’s around you, you start noticing things you never noticed before.
Why does that float?
What made that sound?
How did that change shape?
What made that sound?
How did that change shape?
I don’t always know the answer. That’s the fun part.
